Warranty Conditions
UNILOOK offers free warranty service for all products in the following cases:

1. Free warranty within 7 days from the date of purchase.

2. Products with technical defects such as: loose threads, broken buttons, fabric pilling, fading color, etc.

3. Products damaged during transportation.

4. Items will be recalled and replaced with a brand new product completely free of charge.

Cases Not Covered by Warranty
1. Warranty will not apply to the following situations:

2. Product discoloration caused by washing with other items.

3.Use of chemical substances on the product.

4.Scrubbing with a brush or applying strong friction.

5. Damage caused by external impact or sharp objects.

6. Ironing or drying at high temperatures.

7. Products showing signs of being repaired elsewhere.
