Returns & Shipping Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer a 100% free exchange — no questions asked! Your satisfaction is our top priority. We are happy to accept exchanges within 15 days from the date of receipt for most items that remain in new condition.

1. Please contact our Customer Care Department through our website and specify the item you wish to return and the reason.

2. After receiving return instructions from us, please pack the item along with its original packaging.

3. Send your package through your local post office.

4. Most return requests are processed within 5 business days after we receive your parcel, and refunds will be made directly to your bank account.

Return Conditions
1. Items can be exchanged within 15 days from the date of receipt.

2. The time frame is calculated based on the invoice issue date.

3. Items must be unused, clean, with original tags, boxes, or packaging intact (if any).

4. The item selected for exchange must be of equal or higher value than the returned item.

5. No refund will be given for price differences if the exchange item is of lower value.

Cases Eligible for Exchange/Return
1. Free exchange is available for UNILOOK customers in the following cases

2. Product defects due to manufacturer’s fault.

3. Incorrect product or wrong item delivered.

4. Damage during shipping

Customer-Initiated Exchanges
If you wish to change color, size, or product, please cover the two-way shipping fee for exchanges at UNILOOK’s warehouse.
(Return shipping fee: ₱50)

If you want to order different sizes or larger quantities, please specify in the notes.

Please check the correct information before submitting your order!

Please record a video while unboxing the package. We will take full responsibility and be 100% legally accountable if the items sent are incorrect or do not match the images and videos we advertised.
